The Eco-Electric Toothbrush uses sonic vibration technology to effectively clean teeth, which is different to conventional electric toothbrushes and may take a few weeks to get used to. 🔋 Charging Instructions

  1. Connect the provided USB cable to a power source and insert the charging plug into the toothbrush charging port.
  2. Charge fully before use (approx. 2.5 hours). You can expect 4-5 weeks out of each charge.
  3. The battery indicator light will flash when charging is required again. 
  4. Avoid leaving on charge continuously, disconnect once charging is complete.
  5. Do not charge near water or when the toothbrush is wet.

🪥 Attaching the Brush Head

  • Place the brush head insert over the connection point of the electric handle and apply pressure. Some inserts will feel firmer than others and require a bit more pressure to reach it's locking position. 
  • There should be a small gap (1-2mm) between the handle and head to allow it to vibrate smoothly. This may require slight readjustment until the correct position is reached. 

😁 Using the Toothbrush

  1. Wet the brush head and apply toothpaste, then place in your mouth before turning it on.
  2. Press the power button to start — the device will commence vibrating lightly before shifting into the first cleaning mode. Press the button again to change modes (Sensitive, Clean, White, Polish, Massage).
  3. You will notice a pause in buzzing to notify you of every 30 seconds that passes, and the toothbrush will automatically shut down after 2 minutes.
  4. To shut down the device manually, hold the power button for 3 seconds or proceed through each of the cleaning modes.
  5. Rinse thoroughly after use and store upright to air dry.

🧼 Cleaning & Maintenance

  • Rinse brush head under running water before and after each use and air dry upright.
  • For a deep bristle clean, use a diluted bicarb solution (2tsp in 1cup water) for 30 seconds. Be mindful to only dip the bristles and air dry upright or face down.
  • Do not use abrasive cleaners or submerge the toothbrush in water for extended periods.
  • Wipe handle dry with a soft cloth.
  • Replace brush head every 3 months or sooner if bristles are worn.
  • Only use compatible brush heads and accessories.

⚠️ Safety Warnings

  • Do not use or expose to water whilst charging.
  • Do not expose the battery to fire, heat, or crushing force.
  • This product is not a toy. Supervise children under 8 years.
  • People with pacemakers or medical implants, or who have undergone oral surgery, should consult a doctor before use.
  • Stop using if you experience pain, bleeding gums, or device malfunction.
  • Do not disassemble the toothbrush, no user-serviceable parts inside.

  • Built-in lithium-ion battery. Do not incinerate or puncture.
  • Dispose of the product and battery in accordance with local e-waste regulations.

This product is covered by a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. The warranty does not cover misuse, accidental damage, or wear and tear.
